Other items that are identified on the worksheet are: retaining wall, remove and reinstall fencing, and drive cut. Bids will be received by the Town until 3:00 pm on May 30, 2023. Bids will be opened at 3:05 pm. Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Friday May 5, 2023, 11:00 am, 91 W Broadway Ave, Keenesburg. Plans Documents: Copies of the plan documents may be obtained from the Town website or BidNet Direct (http://bidnetdirect.com).
