The City of Framingham ("City" and/or "Owner") is seeking the services of a qualified "Owner's Project Manager" ("OPM") defined by the provisions of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), to provide Owner's Project Manager services for the final design, environmental remediation, construction, and overall renovation of Mary Dennison Park in Framingham, Massachusetts ("Project"). The Mary Dennison Park is an approximately 15-acre property owned by the City of Framingham at 54 Beaver Street in Framingham, Massachusetts. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
