Cost Estimate: $102,992.50 The work consists of the repair of the Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems at the Rossford Recreation Center in Rossford, Ohio. Project scope consist ofrepair and painting of existing EFIS (exterior finish insulation system). Removal of damaged EFIS and modified with metal fascia material. Removal and reattachment of new aluminum gutters and down pipes. Repair of existing wood columns and wrapped with new cedar wood to be stained/painted. Replacement of post attachment to foundation with new galvanized metal attachments by "Simpson" typical (14) places. Refurbish, scrape, paint and reattached columns to foundation. Typical (8) places at entry canopy and shelter structure. Shelter structure to have existing wood seating removed and replaced with composite material. Existing entry canopy and shelter structure to receive new aluminum soffit system and replacement ofexisting recessed lighting fixture with new LED lighting.
