Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Rossford, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Rossford, Ohio ("City") is seeking development proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Developers") for the opportunity to purchase and develop City-owned property at the location of the former Eagle Point Elementary School on Eagle Point Road in Rossford. The former school building was demolished in 2022 using a grant from the State of Ohio Brownfield Revitalization Fund. Due to its proximal location just a few blocks west of downtown Rossford and the newly remodeled Rossford High School, the City Administration and City Council consider this property ("Site") an important site that offers unique appeal to residential, planned unit development, recreational or commercial opportunities. Currently the property is zoned public use. The City will consider rezoning the property to generate the highest quality of life benefit to the City.
