Site work for a mixed-use development in Kitimat, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Pedestrian Walkways N111,N115,N177,N178, N179, N180 - Nechako Elementary School Area Excavate and remove approximately 700 m2 of ageing pedestrian walkways and base material; Excavate and remove miscellaneous items including concrete curbs, asphalt, sod, topsoil, culverts, storm service pipe; Reconstruct approximately 730 m2 of new walkways including granular base, sub-base and sub-base reinforcement; Installation of miscellaneous items including curbs, asphalt paving, ditching/re-grading, 970 m2 landscaping, new catch basin and storm service refurbishing. Installation of approximately 40 m of culverts & storm lead. No bids received. Plans to retender has not been determined.
