From Highway 20, go south onto Acacia Avenue; follow Acacia Avenue until to the intersection with Franklin Road; bear left onto the gravel road towards the access gate; continue on the gravel road 1.8 miles to Pumping Plant No. 3. From Highway 99, go west onto Franklin Road; follow Franklin Road until the intersection with Acacia Avenue; turn left onto the gravel road towards the access gate; continue on the gravel road 1.8 miles to Pumping Plant No. 3.
