The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid as set forth in the Bid Form. These Bonds shall be in compliance with the Specifications. The Town of Wawarsing encourages Minority Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 firms to respond. The Town Board expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to accept and award any bid, or to reject any and all bids, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the Town of Wawarsing may appear to require. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 (sixty) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
