The Project generally consists of the following work: The project site is located in the Port Ben Neighborhood on the east side of the Rondout Creek in the Town of Wawarsing, NY. The work for the bid will include the installation of approximately 5,600 LF of 8" and 6" water main, valves, fire hydrants, individual water service connections, and all appurtenances. Contract term: 09/30/2025 Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Bidders will also be required to furnish a Non-Collusive Affidavit. The Town of Wawarsing as Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received, or to reject any Bid without explanation.
