Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to replace the siding on two separate buildings at the Department's Colockum Wildlife Area Office, located at 9000 Tarpiscan Rd. Malaga, Washington 98828, Chelan County, 98828. Bid Item 1: Remove and replace approximately 250 square feet of wood siding and paint to match on a detached garage. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by June 9, 2023. Final Completion shall be achieved by June 23, 2023. The Owner will NOT answer questions received after 2:00 p.m. on April 13, 2023.
