**As of October 04, 2023, project was awarded to Michels Pacific Energy, Inc., awarded amount is $17,633,030.53.** Jump-off Ridge Switchyard and Transmission Line Construction. Chelan PUD is soliciting bids for the construction of a greenfield seven (7) bay 115kV breaker-and-a-half and a 230kV ring bus substation located in Malaga, WA. This project includes approximately 0.4 miles of 230kV transmission line relocation, 1.5 miles of 115kV transmission line rebuild, 1.5 miles of 115kV transmission line reconductor, renumbering the remaining mileage of the transmission lines, fiber installation, and utility service installations
