Renovation of a transportation facility in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
2018702E001, 2018702G002, 23-08 The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract.Replacement of Airfield Electrical Homeruns and associated infrastructure. The work consists of removal and replacement of existing airfield electrical duct banks, manholes, cable, and counterpoise for the "homerun" portions of each circuit. In addition to new conduit and cable, electrical manholes are being replaced with junction can plazas. Vault modifications are being made to accommodate the new cable connections. Questions shall be directed to the office of the Purchasing Coordinator at purchasing@deland.org. The Contractor will be permitted a maximum of One Hundred Fifty Three (153) calendar days to substantial completion.
