Renovation of a municipal facility in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Volusia is looking for a Contractor to supply all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision needed to replace one (1) 130 Ton Air-Cooled Chiller. The Contractor will be responsible to replace any ancillary items needed to properly connect and operate the new equipment. This project is located at the Deland Historic Courthouse Disconnecting of: existing chiller from electrical existing chilled water lines existing control voltage and Alerton BOS. Installation: new chiller reconnection of electrical reconnection of chilled water lines reconnection of control voltage and Alerton BOS Factory startup by Trane personnel Functional testing New system must be back online on the next business day after the weekend. Trane Equipment shall be the basis for design Control Systems Specialist, Inc. (CSSI) is the County of Volusia's sole source for building automation. Any integration or interlocking of devices shall be coordinated through CSSI. The selected prime mechanical contractor shall hire CSSI to perform the BOS Controls scope of work.
