This project includes removal of existing paint and painting the existing cable-stayed steel pedestrian bridge over the Great Miami River between Triangle Park and Island MetroPark. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty as a guarantee that the bidder after such acceptance will furnish an approved surety bond for the faithful performance of the Contract. The lowest responsive and most responsible bidder who meets the requirements of ORC 153.54 will be accepted, except that the right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any technical defects as the interests of MCD may require. Engineer's Estimate: $259,100.00 This project includes removing the existing paint and placing new paint on the steel of a cable-stayed pedestrian bridge over the Great Miami River.
