All questions must be submitted by 12:00pm (MST) April 10, 2023 The Community Recreation Center is looking to install a sidewalk snow melt system at the front entrance, East employee entrance, as well as the North employee entrance. This will help with our snow removal operations throughout the winter months. We would like for Electrical companies to work with Concrete Companies in scheduling and completion of this project. We must complete the main entrance sidewalk snow melt system during the week the Community Recreation Center shutdown week, August 21-25th 2023. 2.2Scope The service provider will be responsible for the following: Provide necessary permits. Provide all parts, labor, preparations and clean up to complete scope of work. Adhere to all safety protocols during the duration of the install. Provide personal protective equipment and all necessary tools. Demo original sidewalk, remove, and dispose of all debris, form up for new sidewalk, then once electricians install electric snow melt system, pour new concrete and finish. The measurements are approximately 10'x 80' section of the front entrance sidewalk, extending from the front doors to the curb. Option Add approximately an additional 9'x 125' section of sidewalk that will extend from the main section to the west to include the handicap parking spaces. This option is only valid if the Main Entrance project is selected and performed at the same time as one project. East Entrance Demo original sidewalk, remove, and dispose of all debris, form up for new sidewalk, then once electricians install electric snow melt system, pour new concrete and finish. Measurements are approximately 8'x 92' section of the east entrance sidewalk, extending from the doors to the curb. North Entrance Demo original sidewalk, remove, and dispose of all debris, form up for new sidewalk, then once electricians install electric snow melt system, pour new concrete and finish. Measurements are approximately 22' x 9' and 32' x 5'
