The Menifee Union School District ( District ) is requesting the submission of a Statement of Qualifications and Proposal from firms interested in providing full architectural planning and design services for the Reconstruction of Menifee Elementary School and MOT Yard. The District intends to select a qualified firm to provide services for the project. Interested companies are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications and Proposal as described below, with three (3) bound copies, and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive, to Each Statement of Qualifications and Proposal must conform and be responsive to the requirements set forth in this RFQP. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. Further, the District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items The Menifee Union School District (MUSD) is seeking licensed and qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to be selected to perform Architect of Record Services for the District.
