The Work includes but is not limited to installation of new sewer main pipeline, manholes, sewer laterals, bypass pumping, de-watering, pipe and manhole modifications and abandonments, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete paving, striping and markings and additional work as needed to construct a complete and operational project. ESTIMATED COST OF THE WORK The estimated cost for this work is: $1,220,600. The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is Eighty-nine Calendar Days. The intent of the project is to have all the construction started and completed during summer break of the High School. The first day of construction work is after the spring term is completed is June 12, 2023, and the fall term starts August 24, 2023. Any work that impedes traffic or work that requires equipment in the street, cannot begin in Arthur or South Novato Blvd until June 12, 2023. Work that does not impede traffic, such as USA mark-outs and survey layout, can take place prior to June 12th. If work is not completed prior to the start of the fall school term, August 24th, work hours will be restricted to 9:30 to 2:30.
