Site work for a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work, in general, consists of the removal of existing asphalt path and site furniture. Installation of asphalt paths, unit paver lookouts, pathway lighting, specialty/feature lighting, MSE retaining walls and lookouts with guardrails, irrigation, topsoil placement and grading, sodding, planting, installation of Owner provided site furnishings and signage, select removals and/or pruning of plant material and establishment maintenance, in a highly visible and popular riverbank park.
