City of Saskatoon (City) requires maintenance services to perform 4,000 Engine-Hour Maintenance and 8,000 Engine-Hour Maintenance starting mid summary 2023. These maintenances are required to be performed on the engines as per Caterpillar manufacturer every 4,000 Engine-hour and 8,000 Engine-hour. Saskatoon Light & Power will procure parts and provide it to the Contractor to replace aged or defective parts on engines when performing maintenance. Additionally, SL&P requires subject matter expert consultation and emergency services to ensure the engines have maintenance services available when needed. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in June 2023. The term of the agreement will be in It is the Citys intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
