This invitation is for flooring replacement at Martin Hall as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project. Questions Due By: 4/18/2023 no later than 4:00PM - Submit via the Q&A board within this electronic solicitation event Please read and complete the submittal pages that are attached under the "Buyer Attachments" section of this event. Upload completed forms under the "Supplier Attachments" section. - Substantial Date for Completion: 60 days after PO stated start date - Final Date for Completion: 75 days after PO stated start date Liquidated Damages: - $200 until SubstantialCompletion - $100 until FinalCompletion Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
