Trade Packages 1 through 15 consist of the renovation of the Historic Madison County Courthouse and an addition of approximately 4,500 square feet. The Courthouse Facility is located 101 West Main Street, Richmond, KY 40475. Trade Package 1 thru 15 consist of the following scopes of work, but not limited to, site grading, storm utilities, site and building demolition, concrete foundations and slabs, masonry, structural and metal fabrications, rough carpentry, architectural millwork, roofing, firestopping and sealants, interior doors and frames, detention doors and frames, glazing, aluminum clad window assemblies, door hardware, light gage framing, gypsum board and ceilings, ceramic tile and terrazzo flooring, resilient and carpet flooring, painting and floor coatings, miscellaneous specialties and furnishings, hydraulic elevator and platform lifts, window treatments, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, communication systems, audio visual systems, fire alarm and security systems.
