Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions Due By: 02/13/2023 no later than 2:00PM - Submit via the Q&A Board in Jaggaer Base Bid- The Begley Building Exterior Repairs Project is to include renovations ofthe West Face using current structural reports and renderings. Demolition and replacement ofthe current West Face ramp system. Demolition and replacement ofthe exterior concourse. Demolition and replacement ofthe ticket office. Site work o Concrete paving, walks, and paths. o Addition, removal, or relocation of existing utilities and infrastructure as required. o Maintenance ofthe building egress capacity for large events. Alternate 1 o Cut through the North and/or South end(s) ofthe structure on the concourse level to allow for additional ingress/egress. o Shall include site work. o Concrete paving. o Ramps and stairs. o Doors, hardware, etc. Alternate 2 Shall include repairs and replacement of elements ofthe East Face as follows: o Repairing/Replacement of damaged and deteriorating precast bleachers, removal and reinstallation of aluminum seating as required to perform precast repairs. o Removal and replacement ofsealants to address current interior leaks caused by open expansion joints. o Sealing ofthe precast concrete bleachers to prevent further deterioration. o Repair or replacement ofthe current hidden gutter system, located above the box seats. Removal and replacement ofthe sealants, on the West Face, to address the leaks caused by open expansion joints.
