Project awarded to Allison Mechanical, Inc. for $100,457.40 * Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with Chiller Preventative Maintenance and Repair for 30 Building. The DSH-Patton is a forensic psychiatric hospital located in Patton, CA, in San Bernardino County. DSH-Patton was established in 1890 and opened in 1893. DSH-Patton provides treatment to forensically and civilly committed patients within a secure treatment area. The hospital does not accept voluntary admissions. Deadline for Submission of Questions 4/11/23 4:00PM Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at jasmine.mckenzie@dsh.ca.gov and carbon copy aubreana.diaz@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements SUMMARY OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: A. Contractor shall provide quarterly, semi-annual, annual and/or other preventative maintenance (PM) required per manufacturer's recommendations. In addition, Contractor shall provide unanticipated repairs and maintenance as needed. B. Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair on the two following chiller units in 30 Building McQuay, Centrifugal Chiller, model number: PEH 063, serial numbers: 5XD0-2000 & 5XDO-1019
