Renovation of a municipal facility in Soldotna, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the LED Lighting Fixture Purchase. The project consists of the following: Supply LED lighting fixtures per the specifications in the ITB. The Borough desires a delivery date no later than seventy-five (75) calendar days of the date of the Borough's Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder will be assessed liquidated damages of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per calendar day beyond the delivery date. Liquidated damages may be waived if requested in writing and supported by clear and convincing evidence that the delay is beyond the bidder's control and the bidder has made every reasonable attempt to ensure timely delivery. Material to be delivered F.O.B. Solid Waste Department, 47140 East Poppy Lane, Soldotna, AK 99669 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday.
