The site grading and construction of; approximately 6,340 square foot concrete sidewalk / shared use path, including curb and gutter, ramps, and detectable warning surfaces. Installation of a roughly 1,500 sft Fitness Pad constructed of welded wire mesh reinforcement steel slab including vapor barrier and subbase preparation. Site work including lawn restoration, landscape plantings and restoration. All work shall be ADA compliant, barrier free . Johnathon Lane to East Kay Avenue- The topsoil removal and site grading for the construction of; approximately 975 square foot concrete sidewalk / shared use path, including curb and gutter, ramps, and detectable warning surfaces. Installation of approximately 140' long split rail fencing. Installation of approximately 15' long culvert over existing ditch, to include ditch cleaning. Site work including lawn restoration, landscape plantings and restoration. All work shall be ADA compliant, barrier free.
