CR Number: 2096828 Taylor Hill Road over Tributary to Fish Creek Culvert Replacement in Orleans County New York. The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for: Removal of the concrete three sided structure, and replacement with a single span precast concrete span unit structure supported on spread footings, and associated highway approach work and stream work. Construction will be on the existing alignment with an off-site detour to maintain traffic during construction The forgoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the Contract. The project duration is 150 days from Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed anticipated no later than May 26, 2023. Taylor Hill Road cannot be closed until July 31, 2023. Bid envelope must have project name, bid date and bid time on envelope. Contract Documents will be e-mailed to prospective bidders. Contract Documents will not be emailed until the aforementioned $25.00 payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents directly from Orleans County will be provided addenda and will be allowed to submit a bid. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
