Site work and paving for a civil project in Granite Bay, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed Project consists of replacing 45 existing combination air release valves (1-in and 2-in) in the southeastern portion of Placer County and northeast portion of SJWD's service area. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition, furnishing and installing ARVs (and appurtenances), excavation, backfill, and compaction, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and landscape restoration. Work under shall completed within 140 calendar days, from the date when the contract time commences to start. The Contract Documents contain a full description of the Work and requirements. Responses will be provided to questions submitted up until Wednesday April 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
