Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project involves approximately 1,700 LF of asphalt roadway reconstruction, 2,000 LF of storm sewer installation, 20 storm sewer structures, 500 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer with 5 service connections, 2 sanitary sewer structures, 700 LF of 6-inch water main with 5 service connections, 6 water main valves, 1,700 LF of sidewalk, and associated erosion control, traffic control, and road work. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. City of Tomahawk reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to City of Tomahawk in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Bidder is required to upload a copy of the Bid security and deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 48 hours after close of bid to Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., Attn: Katelyn Buchalski, 1400 Lombardi Avenue, Suite 101S, Green Bay, WI 54304.
