This project includes site clearing, earthwork, underground detention system, synthetic turf installation coordination, sports lighting, site electric, asphalt paving, concrete paving, underground utilities, pond dredging, seeding operations and landscape installation. and all related work as outlined in the Project Manual in support of the installation of two artificial turf fields, the creation of a sledding hill, parking lot, maintenance building, bleachers, coaches box and fishing outcroppings. Additionally, work will support phase II improvements which will include restrooms, a picnic pavilion, an all-inclusive play feature (playground), a half basketball court and other park amenities.
