Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Orland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
scope of work shall be preceded by a duly executed Change Order itemizing any change in the Contract sum or terms and conditions and, if required by the Village, approved by the Village Board of Trustees prior to acceptance of the Change Order Reference Number 0000323629 parties for the removal and replacement of Bocce Ball Courts at Evergreen View Park and Discovery Park. Remove and dispose of the existing timber framing. Construct upon the same footprint a new Bocce ball court frame using 6X6 treated Timbers rated #2 ground contact. Frame with 12-foot x 80 foot inside dimension. Excavate to a depth of 5-7 inches of limestone screenings in a 12-foot wide by 80-foot-long inside dimension bocce ball court. Dispose of material. (village can keep as well). Backfill with 5 inches of CA7 gravel. which will be compacted at every 2 inches. Install 4oz Landscape fabric and an additional 1-1.5 inches of CA7 on top of the fabric and compact This process will include 2 runs of 4 perforated drain tile with sock.
