ACPS is soliciting lump sum, sealed bids for the addition and limited interior renovations at Valley Career and Technical Center. Augusta County Public Schools is soliciting lump sum, sealed bids for the addition and limited interior renovations at their career and Technical Center. The project is located at 49 Hornet Road,NFishersville, Virginia 22939. The project scope is generally comprised of construction of a new one (1) story three (3) classroom addition totaling approximately 5,448 square feet including: site development, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior build-out, and finishes. The superstructure consists of slab on grade, roof joist framing to load-bearing CMU walls. The exterior walls consist primarily of CMU and brick with a metal panel parapet. The scope of work also includes minor selective demolition of a corridor connector to make way for the classroom addition. NTP on or before May 16, 2023. All work shall be substantially complete no later than 52 weeks (365 calendar days) after NTP and 100% Final Completion shall be achieved no later than 30 calendar days after the Substantial Completion date.
