Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sauk City, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of May 11, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Street/Road Lane Construction and Repair, Culverts, Waterways, Stormwater Channels, Aggregate, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Street/Road Widening (Minor), Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Highway, Road or Street), Paving (Asphalt or Concrete). Pulverizing and resurfacing Schoepp Road from STH 60 to Mussen Road, approximately 5,027 ft. Other work includes, install two 24" RCP culverts, place select crushed material to elevate approximately 650 ft of roadway, recondition road with adding aggregate, widen road to 20' with 24" shoulders, ditching, excavation, restoration, and erosion control. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the owner as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute the project contract. The bid bond will be returned to the bidder once the contract has been signed. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
