Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fredonia, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Owner is soliciting closed bids from selected contractors for three new 1 story duplex buildings (teacherages). Owner shall select one contractor and will issue a contract for construction for the project. Construction to start Spring of 2023. Owner is amicable in working with contractor's schedule to determine mutually acceptable start date.
