Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Homestead, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to prep, pressure wash and paint 19 buildings within the Pine Island & Flamingo Districts of Everglades National Park. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. (Ref: Atch 1 SOW) PREVIOUSLY May 29 (holiday) This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238320. The small business standard is $19M. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however offerors that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFP due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted via EMAIL to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov by 10:00am (ET) May 18, 2023. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
