The Contractor shall comply with all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requirements pursuant to the DEP Agreement No. LW712 between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the City of Homestead. Question Deadline February 14, 2024, 5:00pm At that conference all work will be discussed and all questions answered. No questions will be answered verbally except at the pre-bid conference. PROJECT LOCATION James Archer Smith Park: 300 NW 12th Street Homestead, FL 33030 The guidelines under 2 CFR 200, Title 23, and 23 CFR shall apply to this contract in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program. In compliance with 2 C.F.R. 200.321 the City shall take all necessary affirmative steps to assure that small and minority businesses, women's business enterprise and labor surplus area firms are used when possible.
