The Glynn County Board of Commissioners is interested in receiving quotations for providing field sampling services and laboratory analysis associated with surface water, groundwater and methane monitoring at its inactive Cate Road Landfill; as well as post-closure inspections of the Cate Road Landfill as required by the EPD-approved Post-Closure Care Plans and in accordance with the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Section 391-3-4-.12 and 40 CFR 258.61. This landfill is closed, but requires the continuation of monitoring services as required by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division. (Inactive) Cate Road Landfill, located north of the City of Brunswick, GA, approximately 2.5 miles north of the intersection between 1-95 and State Road 25. Questions will be accepted regarding this RFQ up until April 14th, 2023. The County will provide a response by April 18 th, 2023 that will be posted as an addendum under this RFQ.
