Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 23-032 Project Name: Shiloh Road Elevated Storage Tank Site Improvements The project includes: Elevated storage tank site improvements consisting of fencing improvements, tank and site piping improvements, construction of a new packaged booster pump station and associated electrical and controls. Elevated storage tank shall be blasted and painted by others in a separate construction contract as indicated in the plans. Tank rehab work will be ongoing during construction of the site improvements. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening through website in the Q&A Portal. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties".
