Renovation of a municipal facility in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence and labor for construction of the following improvement for the City of Tyler, Texas The project includes Repainting Exterior of City Hall Windows, Finance Building, TDC Building and Water Administration. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the City. See Section 19, "Certificates of Interested Parties". Bidders desiring further information or interpretations must make request for such information to the Project Designer prior to four (4) working days before the time of the bid opening.
