This space is currently not occupied, and is in the process of being built out for future occupancy by the Town's Youth & Recreation Department and the Sweet Home School District. The cabling work will include all labor, the cable itself, and any other hardware materials such as wall plates, wire, data jack face place, etc. needed for the termination at both ends. Installation should also include testing. Please refer to the attached floorplan for anticipated runs. Please note that there has been 50 ft. added to each run to account for ceiling heights or other required slack. All quantities are estimates only and are subject to change. Pricing is being requested for runs 50 ft. or less and 251 - 300 ft. as these lengths aren't anticipated at this time but may be required at time of installation. Bid award is anticipated to take place on May 8, 2023. All work must be completed by June 30, 2023. This project will be funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
