Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of the construction of a new elementary school facility of approximately 120,408 gross square feet area on a previously developed campus and pad ready site. Sitework will include connection of utilities and new concrete sidewalks. The exterior wall structure of building wings A,B,C and D consists of ICF insulated concrete bearing walls with face brick and E.I.F.S. on the exterior. The 12 classroom E wing consists of brick veneer on exterior CMU backup walls. The roof includes standing seam metal panels on rigid insulation on metal deck and steel bar joists or light gage steel trusses and some roof areas will be low sloped single ply membrane on tapered rigid insulation on metal deck and steel bar joists. The floor structure is concrete slab on grade. The compacted building pad is already in place. Building wings A,B,C and D HVAC system shall utilize a water source heat pump system with a cooling tower and boiler. The 12 classroom E wing consists of Multi-zone Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units for cooling and heating and a dedicated outside air unit for ventilation All questions shall be emailed to bidding@rjaarch.com Last day for Questions: Wednesday, April 19, 2023
