Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents Appendix A and Appendix B, the Work involves fully demolishing and disposing of six (6) existing pylon signs, including foundations and footings, and the detailed analysis and assessment of existing conditions, detailed design preparation, fabrication, supply, and installation of four (4) new external Pylon Signs: Demolish and dispose existing: - One (1) Malton Community Centre - One (1) Malton Community Centre (Elmcreek Park - Large Pylon Sign) - One (1) Frank McKechnie Community Centre - One (1) Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (Large Pylon Sign) - One (1) Erin Meadows Community Centre - One (1) Clarkson Community Centre Supply and install new: - One (1) Malton Community Centre - One (1) Frank McKechnie Community Centre - One (1) Erin Meadows Community Centre - One (1) Clarkson Community Centre Documents can be obtained at: https://mississauga.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Mon Apr 24, 2023 4:00:00 PM (EDT) Award is subject to final approval.
