Renovation of a mixed-use development in Romeoville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Anticipated Award of Contract date: May 15, 2023 Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt bids and will be publicly opened at that time Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Valley View School District 365U. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Submit all questions regarding the Bidding Documents to the Architect.
