Renovation of a water / sewer project in Greenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of June 15, 2023, project was awarded to Grunloh Builders ., and the awarded amount is $27,007,485.93. Also awarded to All Service Contracting but no amount indicated ** This project is for the improvements at the existing Water Treatment Plant located in Greenville, IL. Please review the bid form included within the Project Manual for additional details and bidding requirements. This project is a lump sum/unit price contract. There will be 4 contracts for the construction of the water plant. Contract 1 - Install Headtank, (3) Claricones and (2) Recarbonation Vessels. Supply catwalk package over the claricones as shown in the contract drawings. Contract 2 - Install (5) Filters with underdrains and media. Contract 3 - Construct the foundation for Contract 1 and 2. Shall complete the site work, drying beds, building/lab/office, interior and exterior piping, chemical feed systems, electrical/scada/telemetry, painting, and all work necessary to complete the surface water treatment plant as shown in the plans and stated in the specifications. Contract 4 - Construct the foundations and ground storage tank at the water treatment plant. Preliminary earthwork will be provided by the Contract 3 Contractor.
