Major Quantities on the Project Include: 380 LF 8-inch to 12-inch PVC Water and Sewer Services 530 LF 12-inch to 18-inch RCP Storm Sewer 23 EA Storm Structures 6,720 CY Common Excavation 3,220 CY Aggregate Base 3,230 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 6,510 LF Curb and Gutter 18 EA Street Lights Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of Chippewa Falls reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
