Supplies Sought: The Town of Gilbert seeks to purchase Custom Fencing for Gilbert Regional Park. Deadline for Inquiries: April 18, 2023 (Tuesday) by 2:00pm (AZ TIME). Questions and/or inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to Dior Chapman at Dior.Chapman@gilbertaz.gov. Questions submitted after this date and time will not receive a response. The Town of Gilbert reserves the right to issue IFB amendments after the question and answer period. The Invitation for Bids may only be modified by a written Addendum. Emails must be clearly marked with the name of the IFB, the IFB number (listed above) and the name of the Bidder. Once received you will get a confirmation of receipt e-mail from Dior Chapman. Late bids will be rejected. Bid Requirement: Each bid will be in accordance with the bid requirements, set forth in the Invitation for Bids, which may be obtained at www.gilbertaz.gov/rfp. Any bid which does not conform in all material respects to the Invitation for Bids will be considered non-responsive.
