Renovation of a municipal facility in Clewiston, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor shall remove and dispose of nine (9) existing HVAC split systems Contractor will be responsible for verification of equipment specification including, but not limited to, electrical specifications, unit tonnage, and space requirements. Contractor shall supply, deliver, and install nine (9) HVAC 16 SEER split units, as described in this ITB. All installed materials shall be new. Reconditioned products shall not be used for installation. Contractor shall inspect all line sets for leaks and replace as needed (line set replacement must be approved in writing by Building and Grounds Department) Contractor to provide and install New Electrical disconnects to all exterior Condenser units. Question Deadline 04/26/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The Building & Grounds Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide equipment, disposal of materials, and installation services for nine (9) new HVAC units.
