The Work consists of the following: The Work includes reconstruction of interior spaces to accommodate new elevator, new interior and exterior bleachers, new turf field and running track. Interior reconstruction and elevator construction. Site work; including track and synthetic turf field. Drawings and specifications are complementary and must be so interpreted to determine the full scope of work under this section. Wherever any material, article, operation or method is either specified or shown on the drawings, this Contractor is required to provide each item and perform each prescribed operation according to the designated quality, qualification or condition, furnishing all necessary labor equipment and incidentals. Owner reserves the right to make reasonable changes in location of equipment, accessories or piping systems prior to "roughing-in" without involving additional expense. Exact dimensions shown upon plans will be subject to verification and confirmation of exact conditions at site at time of construction. "Plus or minus" dimensions are shown upon drawing as a guide only. Exact surrounding conditions are governed by final equipment selection and/or other like details. Liquidated damages: The successful bidder, upon his failure or refusal to execute and deliver the contract and bond required within 15 days after he had received notice of the acceptance of his bid, shall forfeit to the Owner, as liquidated damages for such failure or refusal, the security deposited with his bid, as specified in Paragraph 5.
