Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued Budget: 50,000 Prebid Date: 04/13/2023 2:00pm Bid Date: 04/27/2023 3:00pm Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. One hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond and one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder prior to signing the contract. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at revplans.biddyhq.comand ra.biddyhq.com . Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. Bid and Contract Documents may be examined at no charge upon appointment at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District Business Office, Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District, District Offices, 15 Mountain Road, Ravena, NY 12143 and Rhinebeck Architecture, 21 East Market Street, Rhinebeck New York. Prospective bidders may request clarification of the bid documents addressed to Rhinebeck Architecture & Planning PC, attention John Sharkey via e-mail (jsharkey@rhinebeckarchitecture.com). No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every question for such interpretations shall be in writing using the clarification request form, and shall be received One (1) week prior to bid date The Owner reserves the right to consider all Bids for a period of forty five (45) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, and reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to equal employment opportunity, prevailing wages, and all other Federal, New York State and local requirements
