The City of Delray Beach, Florida ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Professional Engineering Services relating to Construction of N. Swinton Avenue Roadway & Underground Utility Improvements, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Qualifications. The City will not hold a Pre-Proposal Conference . It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope (formerly BidSync) by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
