The City of Delray Beach, through its Parks and Recreation Department, seeks a qualified firm to provide quality landscape maintenance services. The Scope includes maintenance of the areas, including weeding, trimming shrubs, pruning of trees, edging, weed control of all landscape beds/nodes and decorative tree rings. Fertilization on decorative trees and shrubs, and mulching of flower beds/nodes and decorative tree rings. Vendors may submit for City of Delray Beach's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification of this solicitation. The request for Equal Products must be submitted by email to the Purchasing Agent no later than Monday, May15, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. E.T. Refer to the Special Terms and Conditions - Section 1.11 for additional information. The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
