**As of May 23, 2023, project was awarded to Kc & Landscaping., Inc., awarded amount is $56,510.32.** The Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW) is seeking bids for a greenhouse and irrigation install project at the Pualoke baseyard on the Island of Kauai. specification details. Only offers submitted through Hiepro system will be considered. All offer forms must be submitted through Hiepro at time of bid. Vendor must be HCE compliant to qualify for selection. For specification questions, please contact Lynlie Waiamau at Lynlie.M.Waiamau@hawaii.gov or 808-212-4495. This is NOT an RFP. This is an Invitation For Bids (IFB). Information regarding IFB can be found at the following link website. Purchase is based on availability of funds or other internal factors. The State will prepare a PO for the quantities of each line item and provide to the Contractor. The Contractor will provide the required performance bond and labor and payment bonding and DOFAW will submit for processing. After the PO has been approved and the required bonds received, DOFAW will issue a Notice to Proceed to the contractor to begin work. The State has the discretion to allow extensions.
